However, the Government of Ghana now regards modernisation of the agriculture sector as crucial to consolidating the country's middle-income status, with particular focus on the Savannah Ecological Zones of northern Ghana.
Eligible Designee means a special purpose corporation, partnership, trust, limited partnership or limited liability company that is administered by the respective Designating Lender or an Affiliate of such Designating Lender and (i) is organized under the laws of the United States of America or any state thereof, (ii) is engaged primarily in making, purchasing or otherwise investing in commercial loans in the ordinary course of its business and (iii) issues (or the parent of which issues) commercial paper rated at least A-1 or the equivalent thereof by S&P or P-1 or the equivalent thereof by Xxxxx’x.
Type designation means a combination of letters and numerals assigned by the Government to a major end item, assembly or subassembly, as appropriate, to provide a convenient means of differentiating between items having the same basic name and to indicate modifications and changes thereto.
Universal design means the design of products, environments, programmes and services to be usable by all people, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialized design. “Universal design” shall not exclude assistive devices for particular groups of persons with disabilities where this is needed.
Share Designation has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.2(b).
Designated Center means a State Development and Redevelopment Plan Center as designated by the State Planning Commission such as urban, regional, town, village, or hamlet.
Full Board means the authorized number of voting members of the Board of Education.
Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.3.
Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.
Director of Nursing means the Registered Nurse Level 5, appointed as such, who has charge of the nursing staff and who may also be required to supervise other staff (including domestic staff).

Series A Director means any director of the Company that the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock are entitled to elect pursuant to the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation.
Designated Director means a person designated by the RE to ensure overall compliance with the obligations imposed under chapter IV of the PML Act and the Rules and shall include:
Series A Directors means the directors of the Company that have been solely designated by the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock pursuant to the Certificate of Incorporation, the Stockholders Agreement or otherwise.
Management Director means a Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who shall have the powers and duties to manage the business and affairs of the Company and exercise its powers to the extent set forth in this Agreement, the Certificate and the Act. Each Management Director shall be a “manager” of the Company within the meaning of the Act.
Executive session means all or part of a meeting that is closed or confidential.

New Directors means any director whose election by the Board or whose nomination for election by the Company's stockholders was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who were Present Directors or New Directors.
Preferred Director means any director of the Company that the holders of record of the Preferred Stock are entitled to elect pursuant to the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation.
shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by him in a professional capacity; and
Preferred Directors means the Series A Directors and the Series B Directors.
person resident outside India means a person who is not resident in India;
Series Designation has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.03(a).
Nomination means an offer by a Shipper to a Carrier of a stated quantity of Product for transportation from a specified origin(s) to a specified destination or destinations pursuant to the terms of this tariff.
