Fueler Clause Samples
The Fueler clause defines the responsibilities and obligations of the party supplying fuel in a contractual arrangement, typically within the context of transportation, shipping, or construction projects. It specifies who is responsible for providing, paying for, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of fuel required for the operation of vehicles, vessels, or machinery. For example, the clause may state that the contractor must supply all necessary fuel at their own expense, or that the client will reimburse fuel costs based on actual usage. This clause ensures clarity regarding fuel provision, prevents disputes over fuel costs, and allocates risk and responsibility between the parties.
Fueler. The duties of a Fueler will consist of servicing aircraft and other equipment with aviation and automotive fuels, and other duties related thereto such as lavatory and water service also including normal shop housekeeping duties.
Fueler. A Fueler employee must be able to assist in the removal or installation of any and all units or the vehicles assigned to the transit property, with supervision, and will be able to service vehicles with no supervision.
Fueler. Fuel all equipment, including gas, diesel, propane, and drive fuel truck for purpose of servicing equipment.
Fueler. Must be eighteen (18) years of age and in possession of a valid Texas State Driver’s License; can read, write, and speak English. Do basic math; in additional to having the physical ability to perform the manual work involved in fueling aircraft and all other related duties.

In addition, they are responsible for normal job housekeeping duties (i.e. break room and mobile equipment utilized), and all of the normal paperwork required for the job in accordance with Allied Aviation and the various airline customer’s policies and procedures.
