Foreign Currency Hedge Liabilities definition

Foreign Currency Hedge Liabilities shall have the meaning assigned in the definition of Lender-Provided Foreign Currency Hedge.
Foreign Currency Hedge Liabilities means the liabilities of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries owing to the provider of a Foreign Currency Hedge. For purposes of this Agreement and all of the Other Documents, all Foreign Currency Hedge Liabilities of any Loan Party or Subsidiary that is party to any Lender-Provided Foreign Currency Hedge shall, for purposes of this Agreement and all of the Other Documents, be “Obligations” of such Person and of each other Loan Party, be guaranteed obligations under any Guaranty and secured obligations under any Guarantor Security Agreement, as applicable, and otherwise treated as Obligations for purposes of the Other Documents, except to the extent constituting Excluded Hedge Liabilities of such Person. The Liens securing the Foreign Currency Hedge Liabilities shall be pari passu with the Liens securing all other Obligations under this Agreement and the Other Documents, subject to the express provisions of Section 11.5 hereof.
Foreign Currency Hedge Liabilities means as is specified in the definition of Lender Provided Foreign Currency Hedge.
