General Counsel means the General Counsel of the Corporation.
Chief Investor Relations Officer means such senior officer of the Company appointed by the Board of directors to deal with dissemination of information and disclosure of UPSI in a fair and unbiased manner.
Managing Director means the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India.
CFO means an individual who acted as chief financial officer of the Company, or acted in a similar capacity, for any part of the most recently completed financial year;
Campus police officer means a school security officer designated by the board of education of any school district pursuant to K.S.A. 72-6146, and amendments thereto.
Chief Pretrial Services Officer (i.e., CPSO) means the individual appointed by the court to supervise the work of the court’s pretrial services staff. For the purpose of the contract, the “Chief Probation Officer” acts as the contract administrator on behalf of the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
VP means VP Securities Services (Værdipapircentralen A/S), the Danish central securities depository;
Poppy straw means all parts, except the seeds, of the opium poppy, after mowing.
President means the President of the Corporation.
School Corporation means the Western Xxxxx County Community School Corporation of the County of Xxxxx of the State of Indiana;
Chief Administrative Officer or “CAO” means the administrative head of a municipality as appointed by Council under clause 86(2)(c) of the Municipal Government Act.
Corporate Defendant means CardReady, LLC, and its assigns and successors.

Presidential slate means a slate of two persons, the first of whom has been nominated as a candidate for President of the United States and the second of whom has been nominated as a candidate for Vice President of the United States, or any legal successors to such persons, regardless of whether both names appear on the ballot presented to the voter in a particular state;
Chief Academic Officer means the Administrative Officer at the College who has overall management responsibility for academic programs and services, or his/her designee.
Chief Fire Officer means the chief fire officer appointed by the municipality in terms of section 5 of the Fire Brigade Services Act and includes any person appointed as acting chief fire officer;
Chief Operating Officer means the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.
Vice President when used with respect to the Company or the Trustee, means any vice president, whether or not designated by a number or a word or words added before or after the title "vice president".
Legal officer means any commissioned officer of the Navy, Marine Corps or Coast Guard designated to perform legal duties for a command.
Warden means the Warden In-charge of Hall of Residence VIII and includes other Wardens of the said Hall.
Chief Finance Officer means the officer having responsibility for the purposes of section 151 of the Local Government Act 1972 (financial administration) for the administration of the local authority’s financial affairs.
