Floating Interest Amount definition

Floating Interest Amount means, with respect to any Cash Distribution, an amount in CHF equal to the CHF amount (on a gross basis) that a holder of such number of Shares (including Fractions) as would be deliverable upon conversion of one MACCS at the Conversion Ratio in effect on the relevant Floating Interest Payment Date would have received as part of such Cash Distribution;
Floating Interest Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) 1/12 of the Certificate Interest Rate applicable to the Class A1 Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date multiplied by the Class Certificate Principal Balance thereof immediately prior to such Distribution Date plus (ii) 1/12 of the Certificate Interest Rate applicable to the Class A2 Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date multiplied by the Class Certificate Principal Balance thereof immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
Floating Interest Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which would be payable on the Notes if the interest on the Notes payable on such Interest Payment Date was calculated as follows:

Examples of Floating Interest Amount in a sentence

  • Claims for (a) payment of the Fixed Interest Amount or any Floating Interest Amount or (b) the delivery of the Shares and payment for Fractions shall cease to be enforceable by legal action in accordance with the applicable Swiss statute of limitations, which as of the Payment Date is (i) in the case of claims described in clause (a) above, five years, and (ii) in the case of claims described in clause (b) above, ten years, from the relevant due date for payment or delivery, as applicable.

Floating Interest Amount means the amount of interest payable on the Notes in respect of each Floating Interest Period as described in Condition 6(b)(iv).

Related to Floating Interest Amount

  • Interest Amount means, in relation to a Note and an Interest Period, the amount of interest payable in respect of that Note for that Interest Period;

  • Overfunded Interest Amount With respect to any Subsequent Transfer Date, the excess of (A) the amount on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account on such date over (B) the excess of (i) the amount of interest accruing at the sum of the (a) assumed weighted average Pass-Through Rate of the Offered Certificates and (b) the Applicable Rate on the Prefunded Amount outstanding at the end of the related Collection Period for the total number of days remaining through the end of the Accrual Periods ending April 25, 2004, May 24, 2004 and June 24, 2004 over (ii) one month of investment earnings on the amount on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account on such date at an annual rate of 0.75%. The assumed weighted average Pass-Through Rate will be calculated assuming the Certificate Index is 1.09% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the April 2004 Distribution Date, 1.34% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the May 2004 Distribution Date and 1.59% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the June 2004 Distribution Date.

  • Daily Interest Amount means an amount calculated by multiplying the Daily Loan Balance of a Loan by the associated Daily Interest Rate on that Loan.

  • Advance Interest Amount means interest payable on Advances, as specified in the Servicing Agreement or Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

  • Excess Interest Amount means, on any date, the amount by which (i) the amount of all interest which would have accrued prior to such date on the principal of this Note, had the applicable Contract Rate at all times been in effect without limitation by the Maximum Rate, exceeds (ii) the aggregate amount of interest accrued on this Note on or prior to such date as limited by the Maximum Rate.

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.

  • Actual Interest Amount is defined in Section 3.1(b)(vii) of this Agreement.

  • Class Interest Distribution Amount As to each RCR Class and each Distribution Date, an amount equal to interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period (computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months) at the applicable Interest Rate on the Class Balance thereof immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Class A Interest Distribution Amount means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the sum of the amounts specified in clause (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), (a)(iv), (a)(v) and (a)(vi), as appropriate, of the definition of the term "Class A Formula Distribution Amount" and the Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall, if any, with respect to such Class.

  • Collateral Interest Amount As of any date of determination, without duplication, the aggregate amount of Interest Proceeds that has been received or that is expected to be received (other than Interest Proceeds expected to be received from Defaulted Obligations, but including Interest Proceeds actually received from Defaulted Obligations), in each case during the Collection Period in which such date of determination occurs (or after such Collection Period but on or prior to the related Payment Date if such Interest Proceeds would be treated as Interest Proceeds with respect to such Collection Period).

  • Class E Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class A Certificates, any Mezzanine Certificates and any Class CE Certificates, the aggregate Accrued Certificate Interest on the Certificates of such Class for such Distribution Date.

  • Class A Floating Allocation means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on such day; provided, however, that, with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Floating Allocation shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Investor Interest and the denominator of which is the Initial Investor Interest.

  • Class A Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (A) 54.50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over $3,608,680.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the sum of: • the amount of interest accrued at the class A note interest rates for the related accrual period on the aggregate outstanding principal balances of all classes of class A notes on the immediately preceding distribution date, after giving effect to all principal distributions to class A noteholders on that preceding distribution date; and • the Class A Note Interest Shortfall for that distribution date.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the Principal Distribution Amount times the Class A Percentage for that distribution date, plus any Class A Note Principal Shortfall as of the close of business on the preceding distribution date; provided that the Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount will not exceed the outstanding principal balance of the class A notes, less all amounts, other than investment earnings, on deposit in the accumulation account.In addition, on the maturity date for any class of class A notes, the principal required to be distributed to the related noteholders will include the amount required to reduce the outstanding principal balance of that class to zero.
