Fleet Motor Vehicle definition

Fleet Motor Vehicle means one of a large group of New Motor Vehicles sold to a Person (e.g., a rental car agency) which purchases in excess of ten (10) vehicles per month for commercial use.
Fleet Motor Vehicle means a truck, bus, van, taxicab, airport motor vehicle, or other motor vehicle that is owned or controlled by the State and registered in this State, whether or not that vehicle bears an inscription pursuant to section 105-6; provided that this term does not apply to vehicles owned or operated by the state department of defense.

  • Used motor vehicle dealer means a person that is engaged in the business of purchasing, selling, exchanging, or dealing in used motor vehicles and that has an established place of business in this state at which it conducts that business. The term does not include a new motor vehicle dealer purchasing, selling, exchanging, or dealing in used motor vehicles as part of its business of purchasing, selling, exchanging, or dealing in new motor vehicles.

  • Electric vehicle charging station or “charging station” means any level of electric vehicle supply equipment station that is designed and built in compliance with Article 625 of the California Electrical Code, as it reads on the effective date of this Chapter, and delivers electricity from a source outside an electric vehicle into a plug-in electric vehicle.
