Large Group Clause Samples

The "Large Group" clause defines what constitutes a large group for the purposes of the agreement, typically by setting a minimum number of individuals or entities. In practice, this clause may specify that certain terms, pricing, or benefits apply only if the group meets or exceeds a specified size, such as 50 or more members. Its core function is to distinguish between standard and large group arrangements, ensuring that the appropriate terms are applied and that both parties understand the thresholds that trigger different contractual obligations or benefits.
