Fiscal Quarterly Close Date definition

Fiscal Quarterly Close Date means the last day of the fiscal quarter as determined in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (“US GAAP”) as applied by Masimo US for financial accounting purposes.
Fiscal Quarterly Close Date means November 30, February 28 (or 29, as appropriate), May 31 and August 31 or equivalent dates corresponding to the last day of the third, sixth, ninth and twelfth months of the Fiscal Year.

  • Base Date means a date 30 day prior to the submission of tenders.
