First Recalculation Date definition

First Recalculation Date means the date on or about the first April 1 to occur following the Plan’s Effective Date, in relation to the re-calculation of a member’s Membership Stock Requirement.
First Recalculation Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Facilities Agreement.

Examples of First Recalculation Date in a sentence

  • A Linked Stock Appreciation Right shall be exercisable only at such time or times and only to the extent that the related Option is exercisable (provided, however, that a Linked Stock Appreciation Right shall be exercisable only if and to the extent that the Fair Market Value per share of Stock that is subject to the related Option exceeds the Exercise Price for such Option) and shall not be transferable except to the extent that the related Option is transferable.

  • The Membership Stock Requirement for any such members shall be the amount of Class B Stock required as of the date of the notice of withdrawal or the date of membership termination; therefore, no calculation or recalculation of the Membership Stock Requirement shall be made with respect to any institution that has filed a notice of withdrawal of FHLBI membership, or whose FHLBI membership terminates, on or before the First Recalculation Date or any Recalculation Date thereafter.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, prior to the First Recalculation Date, the Membership Stock Investment Base shall be calculated as in the prior approved plan as set forth in the initial Appendix A hereto.

  • The Membership Stock Requirement calculation for members admitted to FHLBI membership between the Effective Date and the First Recalculation Date shall be based on the percentage of the member’s Total Assets established by the Board under the preceding subsection.

  • First Recalculation Date – means the first date on which the annual recalculation of a Member’s Membership Stock Investment Requirement occurs as required by §IV.A.2 following the Amendment Effective Date.

  • Beginning on the First Recalculation Date, Membership Stock Requirement calculation for all members shall be based on a percentage of a member’s Total Assets.

Related to First Recalculation Date

  • Recalculation Date means the Valuation Date that gives rise to the dispute under Paragraph 5; provided, however, that if a subsequent Valuation Date occurs under Paragraph 3 prior to the resolution of the dispute, then the “Recalculation Date” means the most recent Valuation Date under Paragraph 3.

  • The calculation date means the first date on which the purchasers of ordinary shares of the Company shall not be granted the rights to receive the dividend payment (the first date that the SET posts XD sign).

  • RMB Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two RMB Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date for payment of the relevant Renminbi amount under the Conditions.

  • Interest Calculation Date if applicable, shall have the meaning set forth in the Series Term Sheet.

  • Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date of the relevant amount under these Conditions;

  • Calculation Date means each day on which the Reference Price is published by the Index Sponsor or the Index Calculation Agent, as the case may be.

  • Fixed Rate Calculation Date means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Subsequent Fixed Rate Period.

  • FX Calculation Date means each day on which FX is published by the Fixing Sponsor. "FX Call Event" means each of the following events:

  • Computation Date is defined in Section 2.04.

  • Calculation Time means 11:59 p.m. on the day prior to the Closing Date.

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • Redemption Calculation Date means the sixth Payment Business Day prior to the date on which the Notes are redeemed as a result of any event specified in this § 5(3).(b) Notice of redemption shall be given by the Issuer to the Holders in accordance with § 14 and shall be delivered to the Fiscal Agent not less than 15 days before and shall at least specify:

  • Interest Calculation Period means the interest calculation period set out or referred to in item 5(d) of the Mortgage Form;

  • Payment Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Borrower's Monthly Payment changes in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Base Date means a date 30 day prior to the submission of tenders.

  • Reset Determination Date means, in respect of the First Reset Period, the second Business Day prior to the First Reset Date, in respect of the first Subsequent Reset Period, the second Business Day prior to the Second Reset Date and, in respect of each Subsequent Reset Period thereafter, the second Business Day prior to the first day of each such Subsequent Reset Period;

  • SOFR Interest Determination Date means the day that is the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the Interest Payment Date in respect of the relevant Interest Period, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement.In addition to the Interest Periods and the Interest Payment Dates, the applicable Pricing Supplement shall specify and describe, as applicable, any relevant interest commencement date, interest period end date, interest determination date, index maturity, rate cut-off date, any other terms relating to the particular method of calculating interest on the Average SOFR Note (including any applicable payment delay, lockout or suspension period, lookback or observation shift) and any other terms applicable specifically to such Average SOFR Note.Term SOFR NotesUnless otherwise provided for or modified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, Term SOFR Notes will bear interest at a rate per annum equal to Term SOFR (as defined below) (or Specified-Tenor Term SOFR (as defined below)), plus the Spread.

  • True-Up Date means the date which is forty-five (45) days after the latest to occur of the Termination Date of this Agreement, the Termination Date of the Single Family Agreement, if applicable, or disposition of all Assets pursuant to this Agreement or the Single Family Agreement, if applicable.   • Initial Adjustment Date As to any Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the first Adjustment Date following the origination of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Call Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Issuer’s Call Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non- waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Reset Interest Determination Date means, in respect of any Reset Period, the day falling two Business Days prior to the beginning of the relevant Reset Period;

  • Allocation Date means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the Business Day which is immediately prior to such Transfer Date.

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event. See “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Market Disruption Event” below for further detail.

  • Annual Valuation Date means the Valuation Date each calendar year so designated by the Trust, commencing in the calendar year 2003.

  • RMB Rate Calculation Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong and in New York City.

  • Election Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.12(h).
