Fire Component definition

Fire Component means the component of the Colorado Springs New Hire Pension Plan attributable to the accrued benefits of Members who were Fire Department personnel and participants in the Colorado Springs Alternate New Hire Plans as of the date preceding the Effective Date.

  • This Article applies to both the Fire Component and Police Component of the Plan.
