Final Strike Level definition

Final Strike Level means the Final Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. "First Trade Date" means the First Trade Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. "Floor Level" means the Floor Level, as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Final Strike Level means the Final Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Final Strike Level means the Final Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data, subject to the occurrence of a Protection Lock-in Event. If a Protection Lock-in Event has occurred on any Protection Lock-in Date (k), the Final Strike Level will be equal to the Protection Lock-in (k) related to the last Protection Lock-in Date (k) on which a Protection Lock-in Event has occurred.

Examples of Final Strike Level in a sentence

  • In the case of Garant Performance Cash Collect Securities with Protection Lock-in feature, the Final Strike Level will be equal to: (i) the percentage specified in the respective Final Terms, if the Protection Lock-in Event has not occurred on any Protection Lock-in Date (k), or (ii) the Protection Lock-in (k) related to the last Protection Lock in Date (k) in which the Protection Lock-in Event has occurred.The Protection Lock-in (k) (if applicable) will be specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • In the case of Downside Express Garant Securities with Protection Lock-in feature, the Floor Level will be equal to: (i) the percentage specified in the respective Final Terms, if the Protection Lock-in Event has not occurred on any Protection Lock-in Date (k), or (ii) the Protection Lock-in (k) related to the last Protection Lock in Date (k) in which the Protection Lock-in Event has occurred.The Final Strike Level will be specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • In the case of Express Garant Securities with Protection Lock-in feature, the Floor Level will be equal to: (i) the percentage specified in the respective Final Terms, if the Protection Lock-in Event has not occurred on any Protection Lock-in Date (k), or (ii) the Protection Lock-in (k) related to the last Protection Lock in Date (k) in which the Protection Lock-in Event has occurred.The Final Strike Level will be specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Bidder shall remit the Bid processing fee (non-refundable) of Rs 5000/- (Five Thousand only) inclusive of all taxes in the stipulated FCI account and upload the scanned copy/ soft copy of RTGS / NEFT/ ELECTRONIC MODE acknowledgment of depositing along with the Technical Bid.

  • Expressed with a formula, that means:Redemption Amount= Nominal Amount X (Floor Level+ Participation Factor X (Final Strike Level− Performance of the Underlying)) or, respectively, Redemption Amount = Calculation Amount X (Floor Level + Participation Factor X (Final Strike Level − Performance of the Underlying)) The Redemption Amount will not be lower than the Minimum Amount.

Related to Final Strike Level

  • Strike Level means the Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Reference Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month that is 12 calendar months prior to the month referred to in “Latest Level” above.

  • Pricing Level III shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than 3.00 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 2.50 to 1.00.

  • Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.

  • Pricing Level V any time when (i) the senior unsecured long term debt rating of the Borrower by (x) S&P is BBB‑ or higher or (y) Xxxxx’x is Baa3 or higher and (ii) none of Pricing Level I, Pricing Level II, Pricing Level III or Pricing Level IV applies.

  • Final Level means, in respect of the Index, the Closing Level on the Final Valuation Date, provided that, if the Final Valuation Date is not an Exchange Business Day, then the Final Level will be determined on the immediately preceding

  • Share Level means the level of the Share as determined by the Determination Agent by reference to the level of the Share published by the Exchange.

  • Specified Number means the number of Public Sources specified in the applicable Final Terms (or, if a number is not so specified, two).

  • Pricing Level IV means any time when (i) no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, (ii) the Senior Debt Rating is BBB- or higher by S&P or Baa3 or higher by Moody’s and (iii) Pricing Levels I, II and III do not apply.

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.

  • Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • Maximum contaminant level goal or “MCLG” means the maximum level of a contaminant in drinking water at which no known or anticipated adverse effect on the health of persons would occur, and which allows an adequate margin of safety. MCLGs are nonenforceable health goals.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index(other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Indexat the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), allas determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Underlying Reference Strike Price means, in respect of an Underlying Reference, the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference on the Strike Date.

  • Маrgin Level for CFD trading shall mean the percentage of Equity to Necessary Margin ratio. It is calculated as: Margin Level = (Equity / Necessary Margin) x 100%.

  • Minimum Weighted Average Coupon Test means a test that will be satisfied on any Measurement Date if the Weighted Average Coupon equals or exceeds 7.0%.

  • authorized control level RBC means the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the RBC instructions;

  • VWAP Market Disruption Event means, with respect to any date, (A) the failure by the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed, or, if the Common Stock is not then listed on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange, the principal other market on which the Common Stock is then traded, to open for trading during its regular trading session on such date; or (B) the occurrence or existence, for more than one half hour period in the aggregate, of any suspension or limitation imposed on trading (by reason of movements in price exceeding limits permitted by the relevant exchange or otherwise) in the Common Stock or in any options contracts or futures contracts relating to the Common Stock, and such suspension or limitation occurs or exists at any time before 1:00 p.m., New York City time, on such date.

  • Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.
