Final Assessment Checklist means the checklist compiled by or for PCS upon confirmation that the STS Documentation has been finalised, filled out as the means of determining the outcome of a Assessment and signed by an analytical staff member as completed;

  • Document Checklist means an electronic or hard copy list delivered by the Borrower (or by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Borrower) to the Agent and the Collateral Custodian that identifies each of the documents contained in each Collateral Obligation File and whether such document is an original or a copy and whether a hard copy or electronic copy will be delivered to the Collateral Custodian related to a Collateral Obligation and includes the name of the Obligor with respect to such Collateral Obligation, in each case as of the related Funding Date.

  • Environmental Assessment Act means the Environmental Assessment Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E.18.

  • Final Report means the report described as a final report in 14 RCW 42.17.080(2).

  • Risk assessment means a programme to determine any risk associated with any hazard at a construction site, in order to identify the steps needed to be taken to remove, reduce or control such hazard;

  • Progress Assessment Report (PAR means the monthly compliance report to Owner verifying compliance with the HUB subcontracting plan (HSP).

If the patient’s medical facility of choice is unable to provide the high level of medical care required by the patient, arrangements will be made to transport the patient to the appropriate medical facility closest to their home, or closest to patient's preferred medical facility in the US when possible.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Project Report means a summary statement of the likely environmental effects of a proposed development referred to in section 58;

  • Impact Assessment has the meaning given to it in Clause 22.1.3 (Variation Procedure);

  • Interim Certification As defined in Section 2.02.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Loan Checklist means a list delivered to the Custodian in connection with delivery of a Loan to the Custodian that identifies the items contained in the related Loan File.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report, dated June 12, 2009, prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associated Ltd. and submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Detailed Project Report or ‘‘DPR’’ means the detailed project report relating to Station Development Project and Redevelopment Project attached hereto;
