Fence contractor definition

Fence contractor means a person who, for remuneration, erects, maintains, constructs, or reconstructs a fence on the premises of another. It does not mean the owner who owns or leases the premises on which the fence is located.

  • Elevator contractor means a sole proprietor, firm, or corporation licensed under this chapter that is engaged in the business of erecting, constructing, installing, altering, servicing, repairing, or maintaining an elevator.
