Federal Tax Group definition

Federal Tax Group means the consolidated federal Tax group of which CCG is the parent.
Federal Tax Group means the affiliated group of corporations filing a consolidated federal Income Tax Return of which Aurora Acquisition Holdings Inc. is the parent corporation.
Federal Tax Group means Parent (as hereinafter defined), the Existing Subsidiaries, and all other corporations (whether now existing or hereafter formed or acquired) that are required to join with Parent in filing a consolidated federal income tax return.
