Facility Administration Agreement definition

Facility Administration Agreement means the Facility Administration Agreement, dated as of the Original Closing Date, by and among the Borrower, the Facility Administrator and the Administrative Agent, as amended, restated, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms.
