FAA Bill xx Sale definition

FAA Bill xx Sale means a bill xx sale for the Aircraft on AC Form 8050-2 delivered to Lessee on the date of delivery of the Aircraft to Lessee by Manufacturer under the Purchase Agreement.
FAA Bill xx Sale means a bill xx sale for the Aircraft on AC Form 8050-2 (or such other form as may be approved by the FAA) delivered to Owner on the Closing Date by the Owner Trustee.
FAA Bill xx Sale means a Federal Aviation Administration Bill xx Sale (AC Form 8050-2 or any successor form thereto) conveying title to the Aircraft to FedEx.

FAA Bill xx Sale means, with respect to any Aircraft, a Federal Aviation Administration Bill xx Sale (AC Form 8050-2) to be executed by the Seller in favor of the Purchaser, and upon Delivery, filed with the Air Authority of the United States of America.
