External Revenue definition

External Revenue means the revenue actually paid to the Service Provider from selling and providing services on the Network to External Third Parties in the immediately preceding financial year;
External Revenue means revenue of a Subsidiary that is not eliminated during consolidation with the Borrower in accordance with GAAP.
