Expected Monthly Net Output definition

Expected Monthly Net Output means the estimated monthly Net Output as determined in Exhibit A.
Expected Monthly Net Output means the estimated Net Output for each month in each Contract Year during the Term (in MWh) as determined in accordance with Section I and [Section II] of Exhibit A, as the same may be revised pursuant to Section 2.2.2 and Section 2.2.3.

Examples of Expected Monthly Net Output in a sentence

  • Seller represents and warrants that the Expected Monthly Net Output provided in Exhibit A takes into account the Planned Outages, Maintenance Outages, and Forced Outages that Seller reasonably expects to encounter in the ordinary course of operating the Facility.

  • The Facility, as reflected in the As-Built Supplement to be provided under this Section, may not: (a) have a Nameplate Capacity Rating that exceeds the Expected Nameplate Capacity Rating; (b) have a Storage Capacity Rating that is less than the applicable Expected Storage Requirement; or (c) result in the annual Expected Monthly Net Output, as calculated in Exhibit A, to increase by more than ten percent (10%).

  • If an Availability Shortfall occurs in any Rolling Period, for each month of that Rolling Period, PacifiCorp will identify each month where the Availability was below the Guaranteed Availability as compared against the Expected Monthly Net Output provided in Exhibit A (“Monthly Output Shortfall”).

  • The Facility, as reflected in the As-Built Supplement to be provided under this Section, may not: (a) have a Nameplate Capacity Rating that exceeds the Expected Nameplate Capacity Rating; and (b) result in the annual Expected Monthly Net Output, as calculated in Exhibit A, to increase by more than ten percent (10%).

  • Seller represents and warrants that the Expected Annual Net Output, the Expected Monthly Net Output and the Expected Hourly Net Output provided in Exhibit A take into account the Planned Outages, Maintenance Outages, Forced Outages and deratings that Seller reasonably expects to encounter in the ordinary course of operating the Facility.

  • Contracted Month means each full month during the term of the IBM SaaS measured from 12:00

  • Projected Recovery Amount The fair value of the estimated amount of subsequent recoveries, determined by Freddie Mac on the Termination Date, at its sole discretion, on the Credit Event Reference Obligations.

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Net Monthly Excess Cashflow With respect to each Distribution Date, the sum of (a) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the excess of (x) Available Funds for such Distribution Date over (y) the sum for such Distribution Date of (A) the Monthly Interest Distributable Amounts for the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates, (B) the Unpaid Interest Shortfall Amounts for the Class A Certificates and (C) the Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Rapid Amortization Period means the Amortization Period commencing on the Pay Out Commencement Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the Series 2001-D Termination Date and (b) the termination of the Trust pursuant to Section 12.01 of the Agreement.

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Period with respect to the prepayment required on each Excess Cash Flow Application Date, the immediately preceding fiscal year of the Borrower.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.

  • Three-Month Secondary CD Rate means, for any day, the secondary market rate for three-month certificates of deposit reported as being in effect on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day) by the Board through the public information telephone line of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (which rate will, under the current practices of the Board, be published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15(519) during the week following such day) or, if such rate is not so reported on such day or such next preceding Business Day, the average of the secondary market quotations for three-month certificates of deposit of major money center banks in New York City received at approximately 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day) by the Administrative Agent from three negotiable certificate of deposit dealers of recognized standing selected by it.

  • Monthly Excess Cashflow For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of the Monthly Excess Interest and Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such date.

  • Early Amortization Period means the period commencing on the date on which a Trust Early Amortization Event or a Series 2009-VFN Early Amortization Event is deemed to occur and ending on the Series Termination Date.

  • Prepaid Monthly Payment Any Monthly Payment received prior to its scheduled Due Date, which is intended to be applied to a Mortgage Loan on its scheduled Due Date and held in the related Custodial Account for P&I until the Withdrawal Date following its scheduled Due Date.

  • Controlled Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period, if any, specified as such in the related Supplement.

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Minimum Monthly Payment for any Mortgage Loan and any month means the minimum amount required to be paid by the related mortgagor in that month.

  • Monthly Payment Amount means, with respect to each Payment Date, a payment equal to the amount of interest which has accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period, computed at the Interest Rate.
