Definition of Existing Revolving Credit Lender


Existing Revolving Credit Lender means an institution that is a Revolving Credit Lender under the Existing Credit Agreement.

Examples of Existing Revolving Credit Lender in a sentence

All Letters of Credit outstanding as of the Second Restatement Date shall be deemed to be Dollar Letters of Credit for all purposes of the Second Restated Credit Agreement, and each Existing Revolving Credit Lender and Additional Revolving Credit Lender agrees that it shall be bound by the applicable provisions of Section 2.23 of the Second Restated Credit Agreement with respect thereto in its capacity as a Dollar Revolving Credit Lender thereunder.
