Existing DIP Agent definition

Existing DIP Agent means JPMCB, in its capacity as administrative agent under the Existing DIP Credit Agreement, and its successors in such capacity.

Existing DIP Agent means CIT in its capacity as agent for the Existing DIP Lenders under the Existing DIP Loan Agreement.
