  • The Organiser shall invoice the Exhibitor for the Fees on receipt of the completed Exhibitor Booking Form.

  • Exhibitors are reminded that non-compliance of payment terms and conditions, as specified in the Exhibitor Booking Form, will result in the re-letting of space to another exhibitor.

  • The Exhibitor will use the site only for the exhibit described in the Exhibitor Booking Form and will ensure that such exhibit is staffed and operated at all times during the hours of the show days.

The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Therapeutically equivalent drug products means drug products that contain the same active ingredients and are identical in strength or concentration, dosage form, and route of administration and that are classified as being therapeutically equivalent by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration pursuant to the definition of "therapeutically equivalent drug products" set forth in the most recent edition of the Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, otherwise known as the "Orange Book."
