Exhibitor definition

Exhibitor s Manual” shall mean the manual supplied by the Organisers to the Exhibitor which contains information relating to the Exhibition and the Exhibition Space and other matters (as amended from time to time).
Exhibitor means a sole proprietor, a partnership or a limited company applying to exhibit at the Exhibition or, as the case may be, whose application to exhibit at the Exhibition has been accepted by the Organiser. For the avoidance of doubt, "Exhibitor" shall include all employees, representatives and agents of such sole proprietor, partnership or limited company. The terms “associate”, “affiliated company” and “associated companyrefer to a person or corporation directly or indirectly related to or connected with the Exhibitor or any of the owner, partners, directors or shareholders (as the case may be) of the Exhibitor.
Exhibitor means the person, firm, company or entity set out in the application form

Examples of Exhibitor in a sentence

  • Management and Center reserve the right to impose reasonable rules and regulations governing the operation or conduct of the Exhibitor and/or event.

  • In the event of either of the above circumstances, MPE has the right to (i) re-rent said space and (ii) bring action against the Exhibitor for payment of the full cost of the space originally licensed from MPE.

  • MPE will retain any and all deposits/payment(s) made by the Exhibitor as liquidated damages (and not as a penalty) for breach of this license agreement and all payments will be due per the terms of the contract.

  • In the event that the Exhibitor (i) fails to make payments in accordance with the payment schedule setout herein or (ii) fails to appear at the show; MPE reserves the right to cancel this license agreement without notice and all rights of the Exhibitor hereunder shall cease and terminate.

  • Violation shall be grounds for removing Exhibitor and exhibit from the Show without refund.


More Definitions of Exhibitor

Exhibitor means any person or company exhibiting in the Show, its representatives, agents, employees and contractors at the Show.
Exhibitor means a legal entity, a legal person, or other forms of company which applies to exhibit in the Exhibition or, as the case may be, whose application to exhibit in the Exhibition has been accepted by the Organizer.

Exhibitor means the applicant identified on the front hereof; (b) “Show” means the specific expositions or conferences identified on the front hereof; (c) “Show Management” means Questex, LLC, its respective agents, employees, affiliates and assigns; (d) “Hall Management” means the owner or manager of the facility in which the Show is conducted, and its employees and agents; and (e) “Hall” means the facility in which the Show is conducted.
Exhibitor means, collectively, (i) the company or person that applied for exhibit space rental and agreed to enter into this contract upon acceptance by ICM in the manner stated below and (ii) each of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents, representatives and/or invitees, as applicable.
Exhibitor means the company or person entering into this Agreement, as listed on the Exhibit Space Contract.
