Excluded Intellectual Property Rights has the meaning set forth in the INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MATTERS AGREEMENT.

Excluded Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights that are owned by any member of the JDSU Group or the Lumentum Group, other than the Transferred Intellectual Property Rights, the Common Infrastructure Copyrights and the Common Infrastructure Trade Secrets.
