Excluded Electricity Costs definition

Excluded Electricity Costs are defined as: (x) the costs of providing electricity in connection with overtime HVAC (i.e., electricity provided to the premises of any tenant for HVAC service outside normal business hours), (y) the cost of any electricity in connection with above standard equipment used by any tenant which is separately submetered, and (z) a reasonable charge for electricity consumption to be imposed by Landlord on any tenant (including Tenant) in connection with the use of the Atrium or Courtyard for special events after business hours.

  • As of the Execution Date of this Lease, “Electricity Costs” are equal to the total cost of providing electricity to the Building that is permitted to be included in Operating Expenses Allocable to the Premises, less the sum of: (i) the cost of Assumed Premises Electricity, as hereinafter defined, plus (ii) Excluded Electricity Costs, as hereinafter defined.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Connection Income Taxes means Other Connection Taxes that are imposed on or measured by net income (however denominated) or that are franchise Taxes or branch profits Taxes.

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.
