Exchangeable REMIC Classes or “Exchangeable REMIC Certificates”: The Class 2-A-1 and Class 3-A-1 Certificates, or the Certificates of each such Class, as the context may require, issued hereunder.

  • Correspondingly, Exchangeable Certificates may be further designated for exchange for Certificates of the related Exchangeable REMIC Classes in respective denominations determined based on the proportion that the initial Certificate Principal Balances of such Exchangeable REMIC Certificates bear to the original Certificate Principal Balances of the related Exchangeable Certificates, as set forth in Appendix A.

  • The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall consist of each Exchange Class and each certificated interest in the related Exchangeable REMIC Classes having the characteristics specified or determined as described in Appendix A, and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.

  • Exchangeable Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Exchangeable Notes means the Class M Notes and MAC Notes of the Xxxxxxx Mac STACR® Debt Notes, Series 2015-HQ1, which may be transferred only on the book-entry system operated by DTC or its successor, or under certain limited circumstances, in registered, certificated form, as provided in the Global Agency Agreement.
