Excess Steam definition

Excess Steam has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
Excess Steam means all excess steam or Condensate that meets the requirements of Schedule 1 hereof, and results from the production of Nitric Acid at the Nitric Acid Facility and is not required for the operation of the Nitric Acid Facility. Excess Steam shall be saturated, have a minimum pressure of seven hundred (700) P.S.I.G. at the inlet control/letdown valve at the Battery Limits and shall have a minimum of five hundred eight degrees Fahrenheit(508° F) superheat.
Excess Steam means with respect to each day the lesser of (x) Calculated Excess Steam for that day or (y) the excess of the quantity of steam actually delivered to the Customer on that day over Contract Steam for that day.

Examples of Excess Steam in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, if the Seller is required to supply Buyer with steam in excess of either the Maximum Hourly Demand or the Maximum Annual Steam Take ("Excess Steam"), in addition to the O&M Charge and the Capacity Charge, the Buyer shall pay Seller for all such Excess Steam a Fuel Charge equal to the actual cost of fuel used to produce the steam from the Back-Up Boilers.

  • The Parties acknowledge that Haverhill has installed the required Excess Steam Condensate Instruments.

Related to Excess Steam

  • Excess Cash Amount means, as of any Excess Cash Measurement Date, (a) the total amount of Unrestricted Cash, less (b) the sum of (i) the applicable Minimum Cash Threshold hereto corresponding to such Excess Cash Measurement Date, (ii) the total amount of scheduled payments due by OEC and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, under (x) the New Notes and (y) any other Permitted Indebtedness in each case in the subsequent twelve (12) month period, (iii) projected expenses for the Issuer to conduct its operations during the subsequent twelve (12) month period, including any foreign currency conversion expenses and (iv) for any Excess Cash Measurement Date through (and including) December 31, 2024, any Fines due by OEC and its Subsidiaries for the subsequent twelve (12) month period; less (c) an amount equal to the Required Gross-Up; provided that any items already deducted from cash and short-term investments of OEC and its Subsidiaries for purposes of determining Unrestricted Cash shall not be deducted again for purposes of determining the Excess Cash Amount.

  • Excess Contribution means a contribution that exceeds the

  • Residual disinfectant concentration means the concentration of disinfectant measured in mg/L in a representative sample of water.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination on which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, an amount (calculated by the Servicer and without duplication) equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the portion of the Adjusted Principal Balance of each Eligible Collateral Loan that causes such Concentration Limitation to be exceeded.

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Date means the date occurring 90 days after the last day of a fiscal year of the Parent (commencing with its fiscal year ending December 31, 2000).

  • Replenishment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.
