European Personal Information definition

European Personal Information means Personal Information about a citizen of either a member state of the European Economic Area or of Switzerland.
European Personal Information means Personal Information which is subject to European Data Protection Law.
European Personal Information means collectively (i) Personal Information that is subject to the data protection laws of the European Union, or of a member state of the European Union or EEA (“EU Personal Information”), (ii) the data protection laws of the United Kingdom (“UK Personal Information”) and/or (iii) the data protection laws of Switzerland (“Swiss Personal Information”), and any successors or amendment thereto.

  • Prior to Processing European Personal Information in connection with the Agreement, Supplier shall promptly provide Company with a list of all affiliates and/or subsidiaries outside of an Adequate Jurisdiction that will Process such European Personal Information.

  • Where Personal Information Processed by the Provider originates from a member country of the European Union, European Economic Area (the “EEA”), Switzerland, Russia, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws based on the EU Data Protection Directive (“European Personal Information”), Provider shall comply with all Privacy Laws in the Processing of such European Personal Information.

  • To the extent that such European Personal Information is Processed directly by the Provider outside the European Union or EEA or to a country that has not been deemed by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of protection, Provider agrees to cooperate with Company to address the compliance requirements of any and all applicable Privacy Laws, including the execution of any documentation required by Company for the Processing of such European Personal Information.

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • Non-Public Personal Information about a Shareholder shall mean (i) personally identifiable financial information; (ii) any list, description, or other grouping of consumers that is derived from using any personally identifiable information that is not publicly available; and (iii) any other information that the Transfer Agent is prohibited from using or disclosing pursuant to Regulation S-P under Section 504 of the Gramm Xxxxx Xxxxxx Act.

  • Personal Information Breach means an instance where an unauthorized person or entity accesses Personal Information in any manner, including but not limited to the following occurrences: (1) any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected is misplaced, lost, stolen or in any way compromised; (2) one or more third parties have had access to or taken control or possession of any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected without prior written authorization from the State; (3) the unauthorized acquisition of encrypted or protected Personal Information together with the confidential process or key that is capable of compromising the integrity of the Personal Information; or (4) if there is a substantial risk of identity theft or fraud to the client, the Contractor, the Department or State.

  • Personal Identifying Information or “PII” means information that alone, or in conjunction with other information, identifies an individual, as defined at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(1).

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Confidential commercial or financial information means any business information (other than trade secrets) which is exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirement of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552. Exemptions from mandatory disclosure which may be applicable to business information contained in proposals include exemption (4), which covers “commercial and financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential,” and exemption (9), which covers “geological and geophysical information, including maps, concerning wells.”

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

  • Information Legislation means the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other subordinate legislation or Codes of Practice in relation to such legislation.

  • Competitively Sensitive Information means non-public information and data specific to a utility customer which the utility acquired or developed in the course of its provision of utility services. This includes, without limitation, information about which customers have or have not chosen to opt out of community choice aggregation service. (See D.97-12-088, App. A, Part I.D.)

  • Member Information means the share, deposit, loan account balances, or other information related to any member of a domestic credit union maintained in any form.

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

  • Consumer Information Any personally identifiable information in any form (written electronic or otherwise) relating to a Mortgagor, including, but not limited to: a Mortgagor’s name, address, telephone number, Mortgage Loan number, Mortgage Loan payment history, delinquency status, insurance carrier or payment information, tax amount or payment information; the fact that the Mortgagor has a relationship with the Seller or Servicer or the originator of the related Mortgage Loan; and any other non-public personally identifiable information.

  • Geographic information system or “GIS” means a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, manage, and present spatial or geographical data.

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.
