Ethyl means Ethyl Corporation, a Virginia Corporation, and its successors and permitted assigns.
Ethyl means Ethyl Corporation, each division, subsidiary or affiliate thereof, and each officer, director, employee, attorney, agent or other person acting for or on behalf of any of them.
Ethyl has the meaning ascribed thereto in the preamble hereto.
