ETF Portfolio definition

ETF Portfolio means an exchange traded fund issued and offered by the Company that is an investment company legally classified as an open-end company or unit investment trust.

  • The Fund shall ensure that each PCF provided to the Custodian for submission to NSCC comports in all respects with NSCC’s ETF Portfolio Data Service file specifications, and the Fund must provide the PCF to the Custodian no later than one (1) hour in advance of NSCC’s required delivery time.

  • All references to the EQ/International ETF Portfolio are hereby removed from the Agreement.
