Escrow Corp. Merger definition

Escrow Corp. Merger means the merger transaction involving Escrow Corp., Escrow Holdings and the Corporation (or Emmis Holdings) pursuant to the Escrow Corp. Merger Agreement.
Escrow Corp. Merger means the merger transaction involving Escrow Corp., a Delaware corporation, and ATI pursuant to the Escrow Corp. Merger Agreement.
