If a party’s Representative and/or Escalation Representative knows of a matter, that knowledge is taken to also be within the knowledge of that party.
The Counterparty must notify SecureCo in writing of any change to the Counterparty’s details specified in Schedule 1 (including its company number (if applicable), its contact details, the details of its Representative and/or its Escalation Representative).
The Escalation Representative may delegate all or some of his or her powers in relation to resolving the dispute and, notwithstanding anything in this clause 24, the Escalation Representative of either Party may be substituted and replaced with reasonable written notice delivered to the other Party.
If the Representatives cannot resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) days of the notice of dispute being given, either party may escalate the dispute to the other party’s Escalation Representative.
