Enterprise Software Application definition

Enterprise Software Application means a software program that is made generally commercially available from an independent software vendor (ISV), and that is considered `enterprise software' (as the terminology for such classification may evolve over time, including subsets of such classification and terminology referring to software substantially similar to that currently considered enterprise software) in the marketplace, taking into account the marketing of such program and the classification of such program by industry analysts.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Business Software means all Software owned by or developed by a Seller for or in connection with the Business.
