Examples of English Pounds in a sentence

  • All interest hereunder shall be computed on the basis of a year of 360 days, except that interest computed (i) by reference to the Alternate Base Rate at times when the Alternate Base Rate is based on the Prime Rate and (ii) on Multicurrency Loans denominated in English Pounds Sterling shall be computed on the basis of a year of 365 days (or 366 days in a leap year), and in each case shall be payable for the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day).

  • Any Foreign Currency Borrowing that would otherwise be denominated in English Pounds Sterling shall be made in the euro unit and except as provided in the forgoing sentence, any amount payable by the Administrative Agent to the Lenders under this Agreement shall be paid in the euro unit.
