Endowment Trustees definition

Endowment Trustees means the endowment trustees as board consisting of five members of the church, elected by the church membership, who are declared to be co-trustees and shall act as the “Endowment Trustee” on behalf of the funds established or authorized by this instrument, including any subsequent amendments or modifications thereto.

  • The Healthcare Contributions received by the Highland Health Board Endowment Trustees will be separately identified within the funds held by the Highland Health Board Endowment Trustees until expended.

  • If the Board of Trustees and the Endowment Trustees disagree on whether a funding request is consistent with the Endowment Purposes, they will work in good faith to resolve their disagreement promptly.

  • The Endowment Trustees shall solicit, analyze and recommend funding requests for grants from the general unrestricted fund based on an annual schedule agreed with the Church Board of Trustees.

  • In the event that the Healthcare Contribution has not been fully utilised before the seventh anniversary of the date of the last payment then the remaining funds and Interest will be repaid by the Highland Health Board Endowment Trustees to JJGF within one month after the said seventh anniversary of the date of the last payment subject to the service of notice in accordance with Clause 16.1.

  • The Highland Health Board Endowment Trustees will accept and receive the Healthcare Contributions at their discretion.
