Eligible and Qualified definition

Eligible and Qualified. The term "eligible and qualified" shall mean that any specific requirements of this Agreement, any legal requirements and any other requirements which are binding on the COUNTY, and which are applicable, must be satisfied before a bargaining unit employee shall receive a benefit of this Agreement.

  • Identified Qualifying Lenders has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(3).

  • Data qualifier means a specified character (or string of characters) that immediately precedes a data field that defines the general category or intended use of the data that follows.

  • suitably qualified person means a person who has professional qualifications, training, skills or experience relevant to the nominated subject matter and can give authoritative assessment, advice and analysis to performance relative to the subject matter using the relevant protocols, standards, methods or literature.

  • Non-Qualified Stock Option means any Stock Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Independent Qualified Party means an investment banking firm, accounting firm or appraisal firm of national standing; provided, however, that such firm is not an Affiliate of the Company.
