Benefit of this Agreement. (a) This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective successors and permitted assigns of the Parties hereto.

Benefit of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding on, and inure for the benefit of, the Pledgor and the Pledgee and their respective successors and assigns.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to give to any person or corporation other than the Company and the Warrant holder any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Agreement and this Agreement shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Company and the Warrant holder.
Benefit of this Agreement. (1) This Agreement shall be binding upon the Borrower and each of the Credit Parties and their respective successors.
Benefit of this Agreement. It is the explicit intention of the parties hereto that except as set forth below no person or entity other than a party hereto is or shall be entitled to bring any action to enforce any provision of this Agreement against any of the parties hereto, and that the covenants, undertakings, and agreements set forth in this Agreement shall be solely for the benefit of, and shall be enforceable only by, the parties hereto or their respective successors and assigns as permitted hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ICC shall be a third party beneficiary hereto with respect to the enforcement of, and only to the extent of, any rights it may have hereunder.

Benefit of this Agreement. 9.9.1 Each of the obligations of the Company in this Agreement is undertaken for the benefit Bidco, and each of the obligations of each of Bidco, Fairfax, ACON and ACM in this Agreement (other than Clause 3.3) is undertaken for the benefit of the Company. Bidco’s obligations in Clause 3.3 are undertaken for the benefit of the Company and each current and former director and officer of the Group.
