Quality Care Sample Clauses

The Quality Care clause establishes standards and expectations for the level of care or service to be provided under an agreement. It typically outlines specific benchmarks, procedures, or performance metrics that must be met, such as adherence to professional guidelines, regular assessments, or staff qualifications. By setting these requirements, the clause ensures that recipients consistently receive a defined standard of care, thereby protecting their interests and minimizing the risk of subpar service.
