ELDAR Program definition

ELDAR Program means the Enhanced Leak Detection and Repair Program specified in Paragraphs 64-110 of this Consent Decree.

  • Beginning on the date that any particular process unit becomes an “affected facility” as set forth in Paragraph 65 above, it shall be subject to and comply with the requirements of Subpart GGGa and this ELDAR Program.

  • E-Verify Program above means the employment verification program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, or any successor program.
