EFIH Settlement Agreement definition

EFIH Settlement Agreement means that certain settlement agreement to be approved pursuant to the Settlement Approval Order by and among the EFH/EFIH Debtors, the Supporting EFIH Unsecured Creditors, the Supporting EFIH First Lien Creditors, and the Supporting EFIH Second Lien Creditors (each as defined therein).

Examples of EFIH Settlement Agreement in a sentence
