Durational shortage area permit definition

Durational shortage area permit means a permit issued on and after July 1, 1989, for a period of one year to serve in lieu of a certificate to a person who meets the requirements of Sections 10-145d-421 and 10-145d-422.
Durational shortage area permit means a permit issued in lieu of a certificate to a person who meets the requirements of sections 10-145d-825 and 10-145d-826.
