Dredged Material Permit definition

Dredged Material Permit means a permit issued by the Corps of Engi- neers under section 103 of the Act (see33 CFR 209.120) and any Federal projects reviewed under section 103(e) of the Act (see 33 CFR 209.145).

  • Environmental Licence means any permit, licence, authorisation, consent or other approval required by any Environmental Law.

  • Material Compliance Matter has the same meaning as the term defined in Rule 38a-1, and includes any compliance matter that involves: (1) a violation of the federal securities laws by Distributor (or its officers, directors, employees, or agents); (2) a violation of Distributor's Rule 38a-1 policies and procedures; or (3) a weakness in the design or implementation of Distributor's Rule 38a-1 policies and procedures.

  • Environmental Permits means all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, approvals or registrations required by any Governmental Authority under any Environmental Laws.

  • Material Permitted Acquisition means a Permitted Acquisition involving consideration of $300.0 million or greater.
