Dollar Exchange Securities definition

Dollar Exchange Securities means any Dollar Securities issued in exchange for Initial Dollar Securities or Dollar Securities without a legend.
Dollar Exchange Securities means debt securities of the Company guaranteed by the Guarantors identical in all material respects to the Dollar Securities (except that the cash interest and interest rate step-up provisions and the U.S. transfer restrictions shall be modified or eliminated, as appropriate) to be issued under the Indenture.

  • Exchange Securities means senior notes issued by the Company and guaranteed by the Guarantors under the Indenture containing terms identical to the Securities (except that the Exchange Securities will not be subject to restrictions on transfer or to any increase in annual interest rate for failure to comply with this Agreement) and to be offered to Holders of Securities in exchange for Securities pursuant to the Exchange Offer.

  • Initial Notes means the first $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Notes issued under this Indenture on the date hereof.

  • 2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.

  • Regulation S Securities means all Initial Securities offered and sold outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S.

  • Additional Securities means such Securities which have been deposited pursuant to Section 2.05 to effect an increase over the number of Units initially specified in the Reference Trust Agreement.

  • Original Notes means the Initial Notes and any Exchange Notes issued in exchange therefor.

  • Initial Securities As defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Rated Notes means the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.

  • Regulation S Global Notes means, collectively, the Temporary Regulation S Global Notes and the Permanent Regulation S Global Notes.
