Income Distribution shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (A), below, unless the Prospectus provides for the averaging of income distributions, in which case, "Income Distribution" shall be shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (B), below. Accordingly, the Unitholder's "Income Distribution" shall be equal to:
Distributed Generation means generating plant equipment collectively used for generating electricity that is connected, or proposed to be connected, to the Network or a Customer's Installation, but does not include:
Pre-Distribution Tax Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) that ends on or before the Distribution Date.
Distribution Plan means the plan hereafter approved by the MDL Court for the distribution of the Settlement Amount (net of any attorneys’ fees or costs that are awarded by the MDL Court) to Stanford Investors who have had their Claims allowed by the Receiver.
Distribution Time means the time at which the Distribution is effective on the Distribution Date.

Distribution Period means (i) with respect to interest paid on the first Interest Payment Date, the period beginning on (and including) the date of original issuance and ending on (but excluding) the Interest Payment Date in December 2005 and (ii) thereafter, with respect to interest paid on each successive Interest Payment Date, the period beginning on (and including) the preceding Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) such current Interest Payment Date.
Distribution Business means the business of operating and maintaining a distribution system for supplying electricity in the area of supply of the Distribution Licensee;
Distribution main means the portion of any main with which a service line is, or is intended to be, immediately connected;
Distribution Licensee means a licensee authorised to operate and maintain a distribution system for supplying electricity to the consumers in his area of supply;
Pre-Distribution Period means any Tax Period ending on or before the Distribution Date, and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Straddle Period ending on the Distribution Date.
Distribution Tariff means the Distribution Tariff prepared by the Company and approved by the Commission on an interim or final basis, as the case may be;
Distribution Network means a 'distribution network' as defined in Special Condition E2A of the Transporter's Licence held by each DN Operator;
Post-Distribution Tax Period means a Tax period beginning and ending after the Distribution Date.
Distributed generation facility means a facility owned and operated by a member of the Cooperative for the production of electrical energy that:
Distribution means a distribution payable to Holders of Securities in accordance with Section 5.1.
Distributed Generator means a person who owns or operates Distributed Generation;
Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.
distribution losses means energy losses that result from the interaction of intrinsic characteristics of the distribution network such as electrical resistance with network voltages and current flows;
Current Distribution Date means a Distribution Date specified as a reference date for calculating the Expected Distributions with respect to the Certificates of any Trust as of such Distribution Date.
Distribution Upgrades has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Distributor / Distribution Company means Company(ies), Firm(s), Sole Proprietorship concern(s), individual(s), Banks or any other Financial Institution appointed by the Management Company under intimation to the Trustee for performing any or all of the Distribution Functions and who are registered with MUFAP as Registered Service Providers. The Management Company may itself also performs the Distribution Function.
Distribution Service means the delivery of electricity to Customers by the Distribution Company.
Distribution Reinvestment Plan means the distribution reinvestment plan of the Company approved by the Board and as set forth in the Prospectus.
Distribution facilities means electric facilities located in Delaware that are owned by a public utility that operate at voltages of 34,500 volts or below and that are used to deliver electricity to Retail Electric Customers, up through and including the point of physical connection with electric facilities owned by the Retail Electric Customer.
Relevant Distribution Date With respect to (a) any Significant Obligor with respect to the Trust, the Distribution Date, and (b) any Significant Obligor with respect to an Other Securitization Trust, the “Distribution Date” (or an analogous concept) under the related Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
