Relevant Distribution Date definition

Relevant Distribution Date. With respect to (a) any Significant Obligor with respect to the Trust, the Distribution Date, and (b) any Significant Obligor with respect to an Other Securitization Trust, the “Distribution Date” (or an analogous concept) under the related Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Relevant Distribution Date means with respect to any “significant obligor” (within the meaning of Item 1101(k) of Regulation AB) with respect to an Other Securitization Trust holding a Companion Loan, the “Distribution Date” (or analogous concept) under the related Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Relevant Distribution Date before reduction thereof by any Realized Losses, in each case to be allocated to such Class of Certificates, on such Distribution Date. Any allocation of Realized Losses to a Mezzanine Certificate on any Distribution Date shall be made by reducing the Certificate Principal Balance thereof by the amount so allocated; any allocation of Realized Losses to a Class CE Certificate shall be made by reducing the amount otherwise payable in respect thereof pursuant to Section 4.01(a)(4)(vii). No allocations of any Realized Losses shall be made to the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A Certificates or the Class P Certificates.
