Dissent Share means a Company Share held by a Dissenting Shareholder who is ultimately determined to be entitled to be paid the fair value of his, her or its Company Shares in respect of which such Dissenting Shareholder has exercised Dissent Rights;
Dissent Share has the meaning attributed to that term in Subsection 3.1(a) of this Plan of Arrangement;
Dissent Share means a Tahoe Share in respect of which a Dissenting Shareholder has exercised Dissent Rights in strict accordance with Article 5 of this Plan of Arrangement;
