Parent Stock definition

Parent Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Parent.
Parent Stock means, collectively, the Parent Common Stock and the Parent Preferred Stock.
Parent Stock means shares of common stock, $.01 par value, of Parent and any securities for which such stock may be exchanged or into which it may be converted.

  • The Parent Stock issued hereunder shall, if certificated, bear an appropriate legend (or if held in book entry form, will be noted) with respect to such restrictions.

Parent Stock has the meaning set forth in the fourth recital of this Agreement.
