Dissent Shares definition

Dissent Shares means Company Shares held by a Dissenting Shareholder and in respect of which the Dissenting Shareholder has validly exercised Dissent Rights;
Dissent Shares means Goldcorp Shares held by a Dissenting Shareholder and in respect of which the Dissenting Shareholder has validly exercised Dissent Rights;
Dissent Shares means Common Shares held by a Dissenting Holder and in respect of which the Dissenting Holder has validly exercised Dissent Rights;

More Definitions of Dissent Shares

Dissent Shares means Chemesis Common Shares the holders whereof have duly exercised their Dissent Rights;
Dissent Shares means Nomad Shares held by a Dissenting Nomad Shareholder and in respect of which the Dissenting Nomad Shareholder has duly and validly exercised Dissent Rights in strict compliance with Article 5 of this Plan of Arrangement;
