  • Claims Deadline means the date by which all Claim Forms must be postmarked (if mailed) or submitted electronically via the Settlement Website or via Electronic Mail to be considered timely, and which shall be a date approximately 90 (ninety) Days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order.
