Disapplication Request definition
Disapplication Request means a request to disapply the Charge Restriction Conditions (in whole or in part) for the purposes of and in accordance with amended standard condition E12–J7 (Duration of the Revenue Restriction Provisions). "Electricity Arbitration Association" means the unincorporated members' club of that name formed inter alia to promote the efficient and economic operation of the procedure for the resolution of disputes within the electricity supply industry by means of arbitration or otherwise in accordance with its arbitration rules. "Eligible NIC Project" subject to any further explanation or elaboration that might be set out in the NIC Governance Document, means a project undertaken by the licensee or any other Transmission Licensee that appears to the Authority to satisfy such requirements of the NIC Governance Document as are necessary to enable the project to be funded under the NIC Funding Mechanism. "Equity IRR" has the meaning given to that term in paragraph 41 of amended standard condition E12–J3 (Restriction of Transmission Revenue: Allowed Pass-through Items). "event" means any unscheduled or unplanned occurrence on, or relating to, a Transmission System including, without limitation, faults, incidents, breakdowns and adverse weather conditions.
