LC Request definition

LC Request a request for issuance of a Letter of Credit, to be provided by Borrower Agent to Issuing Bank, in form satisfactory to Agent and Issuing Bank.
LC Request means a request by Borrower in accordance with the terms of Section 2.18(b) and substantially in the form of Exhibit H, or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent.
LC Request has the meaning provided in Section 2.05(b).

Examples of LC Request in a sentence

  • Issuing Bank shall have no obligation to issue any Letter of Credit unless (i) Issuing Bank receives a LC Request and LC Application at least three Business Days prior to the requested date of issuance; (ii) each LC Condition is satisfied; and (iii) if a Defaulting Lender exists, such Lender or Borrowers have entered into arrangements reasonably satisfactory to Agent ​ and Issuing Bank to eliminate any Fronting Exposure associated with such Lender.


More Definitions of LC Request

LC Request means a request by Borrower in accordance with the terms of Section 2.18(b) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the applicable Issuing Bank.
LC Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, the LC Bank and the Lenders pursuant to Section 3.02(a).
